Replacement within an existing layout commonly runs £20,000 to £35,000 including appliances and installation.
Reconfigured kitchens with structural work, new flooring and lighting more often sit between £40,000 and £75,000.
The quiet costs
Ventilation routes, floor build-up, and the making good of walls and ceilings after a wall comes out. These rarely appear in showroom quotations and always appear in the final bill somewhere.
