Design considerations
Cooking, not queueing
An island set around 1.2m from the run lets two people work without crossing paths — usually the change clients notice most.
Warmth against stone
Oak and unlacquered brass keep marble from reading cold under Buckinghamshire daylight.
Materials
- Hand-painted in-frame cabinetry
- Honed Carrara marble
- Aged brass tapware
- European oak
